Welcome to Karen's Veranda Welcome, My Friend Join me here on the veranda and let us share the things God has given us to be grateful for. God has brought me through many dark nights of the soul, and I wish to share writings of the comfort, hope, peace, joy, and love that I have been given to be a conqueror every day. These Heavenly writings have been given to encourage us, build up our hope and faith, and be renewed in Spirit. I find that upon awakening and spending that first quiet time in His Presence gives me fresh manna enough for the day. Jesus declared that He came down from Heaven and is our bread of life. We have life, and that more abundantly because of His life here on Earth and what He did for us. His words come forth bringing healing and comfort. Words are very powerful, and our words either build up or tear down, we create our world (as did God) by our words. I am grateful for your presence here, and may God Bless your every effort in turning your thoughts upon Him, the Author and Finisher of our faith. Come on in and let's converse...but before you go, I would like to tell you that this site has been a God given gift from my dear friend, Liz Vose, who believed in me and wanted to share these writings to benefit others. God sent Allison Rogers into our lives this year and we are overjoyed to welcome her as the illustration coordinator for His writings. Now the three of us will do the best job possible for His Glory.
