Freedom's Way

For a long time we have taken for granted
and enjoyed the Freedom that we had
Now we must fight and try to restore it
and that makes each of us sad.
That we can't live in peace among each other
says something about all of us
We must learn to love and nurture each other
our life would become such a plus.
So begin today, look around and see...
be grateful is what I ask
For God in His Infinite Mercy
has taken us all to task...
We must be there for each other
and rely on Him to guide the way
And may we cherish every moment
as we look forward to a brighter day!
