I willingly place my emotions
into God's capable Hands
Knowing He will help me
fulfill His awesome plans.
He uses every situation
and unbeknown to me
Will turn every situation around
as He observes my plea.
I know not how to pray sometimes
when I am burdened down
But know that He does understand
and will not let me down.
Sometimes I just sit quietly
as His Spirit surrounds me there
And I come away encouraged
knowing that He does care.
My burdens seem so much lighter
when I can just let go ...
And let God take control
of my very soul.
He created me in His image
and said He dwells within
So I will depend upon His Word
and just begin again.
