Celebrate Me

Song of the Angels (1881) by William Adolphe Bouguereau

Celebrate Me

I ask you precious little ones
to think of the special day
That I was sent into the world
to show you all the way.
I ask each of you to celebrate
because of what I gave
My life, I offered in your place
your soul that I might save.
So with thanksgiving think upon
the reason for this season
And rejoice, rejoice because I AM
the one and only reason.
