When Discouraged
Portrait Of Young Girl by Anderson

When Discouraged

When you become discouraged
and think that all is lost,
Think again of what Jesus did
He's already paid the cost.
Cast your eyes toward the heavens
for that is where He dwells.
He looks down upon creation
and gives life to living cells.
We have not touched the wonder
of what He has in store.
So look up! Behold! He calleth.
Before you is the door.

Behold, the LORD thy God hath set the land before thee:
go up and possess it,
as the LORD God of thy fathers hath said unto thee;
fear not, neither be discouraged.
Deuteronomy 1:21
