God, You are the one that is in charge
and what relief that brings
Trusting in You I know I can bring
all the complicated things...
That vex my spirit and my life
with the control out of my hands
Thank You, Lord, for being in control
of all my earthly plans.
I make a mess when I don't consult You
and go on my merry way
But somewhere, somehow You remind me
I left You behind today.
I pray, ask again Your forgiveness
for even thinking that I alone...
Can do it all without Your help
and handle it on my own.
