Keep My Eyes On Thee

Lord, lift me up when I am down
and help me to follow Thee
May I always help a fellow traveler
on their way back to Thee.
Guide me on the path, Lord
of where I need to be
And help me, Lord, to remember
it is never about me.

You are so kind and loving
and the many blessings I receive
I am so very grateful for
and am blessed as I believe.
Thank You for the many gifts
You send to one and all
You are always there for us
any time that we call.

How can I ever do enough
to show how much I care...
About all that You have created
and the bond that we do share.
I'll do my best to follow Thee
wherever that may lead
And keep my eyes on Thee, Lord
to supply all of my needs.

"By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet,
moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house;
by the which he condemned the world, and became heir
of the righteousness which is by faith. By faith, Abraham,
when he was called to go out into a place which he should
after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out,
not knowing whither he went." Hebrews 11: 7,8
